During both the design and construction phase of a project, Ahtna's architectural and engineering staff are available to provide planning, programming, architectural and engineering design for full and complete construction documents and specifications. Even if we didn't design your facility, we offer construction administration, design review, value engineering, independent estimate development (RS Means or MCASES) and expert witness or forensic engineering services.
