Z. Daniel Graham, PE, President and CEO
Mr. Graham joined Ahtna in 2001 and was named President and CEO of Ahtna Engineering Services in 2009. His experience spans over 15 years in project management for government and private sector construction, remediation and service work. His background includes management and operational responsibility of large international programs, implementing strategic plans and policies, and facilitating corporate marketing and business development activities. He has extensive experience in project controls and financial systems, and holds certifications for safety and quality control management. Mr. Graham holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Villanova University, Villanova, Pennsylvania, and is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer in the state of Alaska.

Krystal Nelson, Vice President and COO
Krystal Nelson holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Texas. She has more than 15 years experience working in the public and private business sectors managing federal, state, and municipal contracts. She has held the position of Vice President since 2006, with corporate and project locations that span across the U.S. She provides for the overall business operations, business planning, financial and budgetary management, and new business development, and corporate human resources.

Gregory Grabowski, PE, LEEDTM AP, Director, Engineering Services
Mr. Grabowski has a degree in Engineering from the California State University and holds mechanical engineering licenses in both California and Alaska. Mr. Grabowski brings 23 years of architectural, engineering and operational leadership experience managing both Top Secret DOD and commercial design and construction programs domestically and internationally. He holds a certificate from the US Army Corps of Engineers in Construction Quality Management and as a passionate advocate for our clients' sustainable designs, he is a LEEDâ„¢ Accredited Professional through the United States Green Building Council. A US Navy Reserve Commander, he commanded a Hovercraft Unit during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Tim Finnigan, Director, Programs and Project Management
Mr. Finnigan has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Alaska Anchorage, and is currently pursuing a M.S. in Environmental Quality Engineering. Mr. Finnigan has more than 36 years construction experience with ten years interfacing directly with government agencies for remediation and construction projects, proposal preparation, estimating, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, and project management. Mr. Finnigan has served several federal clients including the Federal Aviation Administration, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Corps or Engineers, AFCEE, and the Air Force.
